About Total Rehab
Total Rehab Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Tony Sood, who received his clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in New York. In addition Dr. Sood is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (Titiliest Performance Institute), a Manual Therapist (specializing in the Graston Technique), and has received a Certification in Back to Golf.
While working at various physical therapy centers of the past several years, it became apparent to Dr. Sood that the quality of physical therapy seems to have taken turn for the worse. Most facilities require therapists to see 2, 3, sometimes 4 patients in an hour. This has led to patients being under treated and Physical Therapist' s being overworked. With this in mind, Dr. Sood decided to establish a Physical Therapy center where high quality care is stressed over patient quotas. At Total Rehab Physical Therapy, patients receive 45 minute one on one treatment sessions with only the most highly qualified physical therapists.

Our Mission
We at Total Rehab Physical Therapy pride ourselves on providing the highest standards in the physical therapy field and are dedicated to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of a variety of conditions. We differ from other physical therapy centers in that we provide one on one, 45 minute comprehensive treatment sessions. Our facility is staffed with only the most highly qualified Doctors of Physical Therapy who are specialize in some of the most advanced clinically proven manual therapy techniques including ART and the Graston Technique. In addition our therapist are only scheduled to see 8 to 10 patients per day, approximately half of what most other facilities require. This ensures patients to have the highest level of care and prevents therapists from potential "burn out". Our clinicians are experts in the field of physical therapy and are licensed by the State of New York Education Department.
